Presented by Write On Door County

Monday - Aug 20, 2018
1 - 4 pm

Flannery O’Connor says that anyone who has survived childhood has enough material to write about for the rest of his or her life. Whether your memories are real or revised, serious or silly, we’ll explore that material through writing prompts and exercises designed to generate great poems. Bring paper or your favorite notebook, a pen/pencil or your quill and join Wisconsin Poet Laureate Karla Huston for a writing workshop that uses memory to generate poems.
